Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed an order on kirstendyrum.dk you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please make sure that you keep this email since you will need the Order ID for future reference and if you need to contact customer service about your order.
What you see is what you pay for! The prices shown in the shop is what you pay for your jewelry. Sometimes jewelry is placed on offer or reduced in price as part of a special campaign. We are unable to change prices on an item once it has been bought from the Kirsten Dyrum online shop,
We try to within 24 hours from the time you have placed your order, to ship the jewelry to you. Once the order is picked up by the courier we will send an email to your email address.

Kirsten Dyrum has chosen to partner with industry leaders in Internet payments and security. All information is encrypted, so there is absolutely no risk for you, the customer.
Delivery
Kirsten Dyrum always aims to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. Please note that this means your order may appear as 'Order Processing' for 3 working days after your order is placed. Longer delivery times can occur at busier times of the year, such as Christmas.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Once your order is displayed as 'Shipped', please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. Again, at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 5 working days after your order is 'Shipped' before contacting us.
For destinations outside Denmark you will have to allow additional days for delivery. Please check our Delivery Charges page for information.
If you are not home when the package is being delivered, the carrier will leave a card informing you that a delivery has been attempted. The card will contain instructions about how to obtain your parcel.

Denmark: DKK 60,-
Only in Denmark: If your order exceeds 750 DKK we will send the order free of charge.
EU and Scandinavia: EUR 25
Returns
When you return jewelry to Kirsten Dyrum, we will refund your postage if the error is deemed to be on our side. If you are merely returning an item because you do not like or want it, then you are required to pay for return postage.
Kirsten Dyrum will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty products.
Please return goods to us in their original condition, unworn and in the original bags. We will happy to refund your money as long as we receive your return goods within fourteen (14) days from delivery. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, contact our customer service team on shopservice@kirstendyrum.com
A refund will be given using the payment method at the point of purchase. If products were purchased with a credit or debit card, you will get the money into your account.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item to a different size / color if preferred. If the product is not in its original condition we will charge a handing fee of 200 DKK or 30 EUR.
Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 10-35 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card acquirer or your bank.
How to return a product
Please complete the return form and send both the return form and the parcel to the address stated on the return form.
If it is an exchange this will be deducted from your refund. If the product is faulty the return is free of charge.
Please Note:
If you require a different product (rather than a different size or color of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
